Data deletion instructions
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of the Bright Knight Solutions WhatsApp Voice Note Transcriber.
How to request deletion
- Open the WhatsApp conversation with the voice-note transcriber.
- Send the exact text shown below from the same WhatsApp number used with the service.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.
What happens next
Bright Knight Solutions will confirm the request and delete any identifiable information that remains under its control, subject to information that must be retained for security or legal obligations.
The transcriber does not intentionally maintain a database of messages, audio files, or transcripts. Downloaded audio is held temporarily during transcription and removed when processing finishes.
Third-party processing
Messages and media are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and OpenAI's transcription service. Information retained independently by those providers is governed by their applicable policies and account controls.
